Baby Bootie Card Repost

Happy Easter. Since it is a holiday I decided I am going to repost one of my very first craft projects. I have improved on my photography a lot since I started this blog about 7 months ago. I wanted to make this baby card again so I am adding new photos of the project. This is a fun card to make, and you do not need a cutting machine. You just download my hand drawn template and cut out. It is fun to make it in different patterned papers. Just click on the original link for more detailed instructions.

Here are the original post for detailed directions: http://craftingrebellion.blogspot.com/2011/09/handmade-baby-bootie-card.html

Here are the basic instructions:

Download the template for the Baby Bootie and the Baby Bootie insoles.

Template #1 the Outer Bootie and strap

Template #2 The insole

Print out onto card stock. I cut my decorative 12" x 12" inch paper to 8.5" x 11"

I used black card stock for the insole and patterned scrapbook paper for the bootie and strap.

Cut out the designs.

Attach a piece of card stock to your plain card using tape runner.

Attach the baby booties to the card using tape runner.

Attach the baby bootie insole using tape runner.

Attach the straps with tape runner on just the ends (so the strap pops up), or with a glue dot.

Stick on an embellishment to the strap.
