Blackberry Playbook 7-Inch Tablet-32GB : If you're like me - you have to wait for the wheels in the tablet market with a long wait for the BlackBerry PlayBook. Rims have some tout first tablet offers all the time - that is, two cameras, one front and one back, HD output and a mini-HDMI port, along with finally releasing the new QNX operating system (hard edge required).
Anywho - I took the best of days and the amount in words: stylish, but expensive.
For more information see:
1) operating system. George, wheels finally has a decent OS! If you ever have a cell phone or Blackberry, one of the biggest complaints by others, you will be the only operating system ... Not much. OS 5 and 6 great improvement - but still remain the best of each -, (god of the BlackBerry browser, your browser does not support the sometimes annoying), if you are particularly looking for an iPhone or Android phone. QNX is the end of the latest operating system, and I hope they change the phone as quickly as possible. Purge memory, sunny and not too much - If you investigate the device settings. I would add, though - when I return to the device with the operational work. Nice wheels - forcing you to upgrade .... It's not a good sign, but we'll see.
2) on the screen. I will give you credit in the boat, they do great here. Playbook is not a house in short sleeves. I play in the movie Megamind (great movie) in HD on kapandeng fantastic. Best of via HDMI to a projector, and fantastic on the wall. And Galaxy 2 (supposedly - you'll see) - 7 "does not like the iPad, May 10 little 'it' I was like," 7 people who have it.
3) weight. It also can be a touchy subject - but again, I want the device feels in your hands in the middle. Playbook definitely fits this bill. Even if only technically, it feels much heavier. Construction seems huge - the pressure at various points, the curve is.
4) BlackBerry Bridge. Hell yeah rim - I do not want to pay extra for a 3G data plan. However, this does not mean the circle Tether a BlackBerry PlayBook, you can set your phone to the Internet to get the PlayBook data plan - and work out of the box! You do not even need cables - can also be used via Bluetooth! The only problem - it only works with BlackBerry phones. If the circle has been updated to work with all phones that would be perfect.
Cons: 1) Price. This is a great device, do not misunderstand, but $ 148.00 for the base model? There are many others out there are more expensive. In addition, the size of the device - confirmed, kinda 'hard.
2) application. It always seems to come back to this and rims. Application - later - less than 100 of them. Yes, this is true. With the new operating system, which means that all applications must be rewritten to work with the device - and to deal with a larger screen. I think that the iPad has over 25,000 apps specifically for the Galaxy and XOOM both use Android has been done - and the market should work. It 'clear rims have an uphill battle here. We hope that Flash support on the board to help play a PlayBook application, but I'm not holding my breath
3) to support e-mail. So far - the PlayBook is not BES server. This does not mean that the company's e-mail or the ability to control the device via IT policies combine support. Are you kidding circle. Seamless e-mail support is the main reason people get Blackberries, and you can use the guidelines to make it not supported?
