Q: What are the postage and handling fees?
A: Unless otherwise stated, all purchase comes with complimentary normal postage.



note: We are not responsible for lost mail via normal postage. Registered mail with tracking number is highly recommended. Additional SGD3 Singpost charge applies.

 Q: How long will my order take to process?
A: Order will be process and mail out within 2-5 working days, upon payment made and received. In the event of out of stock, we will inform customer for alternatives.


note: Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday are not considered working days.
note: INTER-Bank transfer (Example: UOB to DBS, OCBC to UOB) may takes few days for payment to process.


Q: Will there be any meet-up/COD/ Self Collection?
A: Self collect venues are as follow:

NOTE: Due to several bad experiences, there will be NO testing/ examine of product BEFORE DEAL upon meetup.

COD/ metup is to give the benefit to our customer to get the product faster and not for some customer to open our SEALED product, TEST out the stuff for their gadget, and later decided not to buy as they feel that it is not suitable for them.

We do not sell opened condition product to our product and we make sure that all product sold to you are in pristine, brand new condition thus it be unfair for us to stuck with opened product that customer open "Just for testing" purposes.

We try all our best to send pictures/ information to our customer before deal, and we do not force our customer to make their purchase.
Thus please be very sure of what you are buying and confirm that you want the product before you decided to meet us up to deal.

If there any manufacturer defects that you found after purchase, we will be more than gladly to do an exchange for you.

Please do not proceed to buy from us if you are not agreeable to this COD/ MEETUP Term.


Q: What are the payment mode available?
A: We accept the following payment mode:-
    Bank transfer (POSB, UOB)
    Paypal (Applicable for overseas customer only)
note: Interbank transfer may takes up to 5 days.









 Q: Can I do an exchange I open the item, and realise that it doesn't fit my gadget?
A: Do kindly make sure that all specifications given are carefully read before making purchase. Make sure that the item purchased is compatible with your gadget. Do contact us if in doubt. We  regret that NO exchange will be entertained due to compatibility issues.




Q: You promise to do exchange for me, but now you don't want to change...
A: For certain electronic purchase, we provide 7 days one to one exchange for manufacturer fault. Mishandling (item dropped into water)is not covered for the exchange.
Any request for exchange for one to one exchange after 7 days (from day of receipt issue) will not be entertained.
 For purchase that comes with 6 months, or 1 year warranty, do contact us with the followings:-
-Proof of purchase (receipt and Reference number)issued by us
No proof of purchase= No Warranty
No request to reissue receipt will be entertained.

Q: Do we ship internationally?
A: Yes, we ship internationally. Shipping fee would have to be borne by buyer. We uses Singapore post as our courier.
Do advise if you prefer other courier company (DHL, FEDEX, etc) so that we can check out the postage fees.




Q: Exchange and warranty
A: We provide 6months to 1 year warranty for some of the electronic gadgets. Should you need to contact us for warranty issue, please send us a picture or description of the gadget to us via email. If exchange is necessary, faulty product must be ship back to us for inspection and we will exchange a new one if necessary.
note: Mishandling is not included in warranty.
         All shipping fee to be borne by buyer.
         Receipt must be shown in order to claim warranty

 Q:What is the Payment mode?
A:We accept credit card payment via PAYPAL. With effect from Feb 2011, we will asborb the 4% Paypal charge, thus it a saving for you!.
