Ordering Procedure

1. Place your order

You can order place your orders via the following methods:-

• Fill up the order form (can be found at menu tab)
• Sms:91898758 (pls do not sms at midnight)
• Email us your order via the following format: email: iphone4iloveyou@yahoo.com

Product Description:
Color: (If there are more than one color to choose)
Quantity: (Amount that you need)

Payment mode: (Bank transfer, paypal, Additional 5% applies for Paypal fees)

Delivery mode: Normal mail, registered mail.( additional SGD2.24)

Note: we are not responsible for lost mail via normal postage.

For guaranteed delivery, we highly recommend registered mail for postage.


2. Confirmation


We will get back to you within 24hours to confirm your order with postage fees (if any)

Should item is out of stock, we will advise you on the arrival date of next shippment, and ask for alternatives.

NOTE: Do check your Spam mail. If you did not receive any email after 24hours, kindly contact us again.


3. Payment

Kindly made payment ONLY n AFTER you have receive our confirmation email/sms. Processing of mailing out your item will only takes place AFTER payment is made in full.

Do advise on the reference number/ Internet Banking Nick if you opt for bank transfer.


4. Receiving of order

Items send via normal mail will be sent next working day, if ready stock.
Items send via registered mail will be sent every Wed and Friday ONLY

NOTE: Sat,Sun and Public Holiday are not consider working day.

We will also inform you if out of stock and give you some alternatives plan.
